Founder perspective
Built from a career of making complex systems practical.
Tom Egan’s background spans electronics and systems troubleshooting in the U.S. Air Force, network engineering, early mobile data, enterprise consulting, international hospitality distribution, and digital publishing.
He founded Reserv International, which at its reported peak served approximately 3,300 properties through about 330 representatives internationally. Since 2010, he has operated and managed the digital side of Vallarta Today, rebuilding its bilingual CMS in 2012 and managing its publishing operations since late that year.
Legally blind since 2007, Tom also experiences agentic AI as an accessibility-enabling technology—an interface for continuing to design and direct complex systems through intent and conversation.
